Kenneth R. Burk

Kenneth R Burk has extensive background in the franchise community. From 1997 through early 2001 he was CEO of Cold Stone Creamery, Inc., and was instrumental in the successful franchising of that entity. He served as Chairman of the Board of Cold Stone in 2001 and 2002, and he is currently a director of Cold Stone Creamery, Inc.

He has been CEO and a director of Sign Setters Franchise Co. since its incorporation in April, 2007. He has also been CEO and a director of Sign Setters Supply Co. since January, 2007.

Robert S. Borzone

Robert S. Borzone has a vast background in retail marketing. As Vice President of Pacific Pre-Cut Produce Co., Inc., he is credited with developing national salad concepts which are currently utilized by grocery chains across the USA. He has also been President of A & M Wholesale Enterprises since 1991, a brokerage specializing in food sales.

He has been President and a director of Sign Setters Franchise Co. since its incorporation in April, 2007. He has also been President and a director of Sign Setters Supply Co. since January, 2007.

Kenneth A. de Flores

Kenneth A. de Flores operates a "state of the art" Sign Setters business in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. He has operated this business since April 2002, and has received customer acclaim for his efforts. He has been COO and a director of Sign Setters Franchise Co. since its incorporation in April, 2007.

He has also been COO and a director of Sign Setters Supply Co. since January, 2007.
